I design & build people systems for high-agency tech teams
Adithya K

Signal
Systems are built
by people who care.
I didn't plan to work in people. It started as a fallback.
Then came exposure to scale.
Same system. Different people. Different outcomes. That's when it became clear — systems decide how people perform. Not the other way around.
Now the work is focused on one thing: designing how organizations make people decisions — and using AI not to replace that judgment, but to design better feedback loops, smarter workflows, and systems that hold at scale.
— 01
Organizations fail on decisions about people.
Not the people themselves.
— 02
Complexity doesn't break teams. Broken systems do.
— 03
AI enables better systems. It doesn't replace judgment.
Mission Log
Where systems were tested
Each phase shaped how decisions about people are designed and scaled.
05 MISSIONS · 2021 → PRESENT
Apr 2021 — May 2022
HCL Technologies
Launch Pad
High-volume exposure.
Learned how scale breaks without structure.
Jan 2023 — Dec 2024
Terralogic
First Orbit
First time designing for consistency.
Data replaced instinct.
Dec 2024 — May 2025
MulticoreWare Inc
Deep Field
Precision hiring under constraint.
Systems matter more in edge cases.
Jun 2025 — Dec 2025
Procedure Technologies · TA2
The Rendezvous
Built the first layer of infrastructure.
Shift from execution to system design.
Dec 2025 — NOW
Procedure Technologies · TA3
The Expedition
Designing full people systems.
Decisions, not roles, are the focus.
Telemetry
Outcomes that don't drift.
— VERIFIED OUTCOMES
Across India
Startups, scale-ups, enterprise teams
Faster
Reduced through system design and AI
After 12 months
Measured beyond hiring
Three pillars. One architecture.
SYS / 01
Human Intelligence
Reading people before roles define them.
SYS / 02
Machine Intelligence
AI as a multiplier, not a decision-maker.
SYS / 03
Systems Intelligence
Turning judgment into repeatable outcomes.
Active Build
Building in real time.
Live systems. In progress. Next in line.
Performance System
Defining how performance is measured and reviewed. Clarity before evaluation.
Exit System
Structured exits that retain knowledge and context. Departure as a system, not an event.
Engagement System
Detecting early signals across teams. Preventing problems before they surface.
Learning System
Mapping capability gaps to structured growth. Learning aligned to system needs.
Decision System
Standardizing how people decisions are made. Reducing dependency on individual judgment.
System Builds
Six systems built from zero.
No templates. No defaults. Each required first-principles design.
01
ATS System Architecture
Designed and implemented a complete hiring system from zero. Defined how roles, stages, and decisions flow across teams.
02
QAI Evaluation Model
Built a structured model to define and measure quality of hire. Replaced instinct with consistent evaluation logic.
03
AI Interview Stack Selection
Evaluated and integrated AI tools into evaluation workflows. Focused on signal extraction, not automation for its own sake.
04
Org-Wide Skill Matrix
Designed a live system mapping skills to roles and outcomes. Enabled visibility into readiness, gaps, and deployment.
05
BPTW Certification System
Built the internal system to measure and validate culture. Translated perception into structured, auditable signals.
06
Hiring Decision Framework
Defined how hiring decisions are made across roles and teams. Standardized judgment without removing context.
Docking Sequence
Modules acquired.
Capabilities built and validated across real systems.
Echos
Signals from the field.
Observations from people who experienced the systems directly.

Transmissions
Signals sent into the void.
Thinking out loud about systems, people, and decisions.

We no longer ask candidates about their current salary. Here's why.
"The past salary of a candidate doesn't matter. Even if you collect it, ignore it.", said my CTO.

Is AI replacing our jobs, or it making it harder? Or what's the right question to ask?
AI increases speed. It can write code or generate content. But do you have the human-in-the-loop?
